You can make payments to your account through the Internet/Telephone banking services offered by the financial institution you normally conduct your banking business with. If you currently do not use this service, you will need to contact your financial institution in order to sign up. Once approved for this service please follow these steps:
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC)
To learn about CIBC’s online banking, you may view the Online Banking Demo.
Once you are ready to register, you may proceed to the registration page. You will first have to obtain an Online Banking temporary password. To do this, you will need to contact CIBC’s Online Banking Customer Support at 1-888-872-2422. You may instead use your Telephone Banking password to gain access if you have one. Once you sign in, you will be registered for online banking with CIBC.
Royal Bank of Canada
To learn about RBC’s online banking, you may view the online banking information page. RBC also offers a selection of tutorials for their online banking service.
Once you are ready to register, you may proceed to RBC’s enrol for online banking page. Please note that once you register for online banking, you will have the ability to conduct a limited set of Online Banking transactions. RBC will provide you with an activation code in the mail which will allow you to have all the benefits of the Online Banking service. This is an RBC security feature.
TD Canada Trust
To learn about TD Bank’s online banking service, you may view the information page for EasyWeb Internet Banking. From the right-hand side menu, you may select from additional resources, including a Personal Banking and Small Business Banking Tours.
Once you are ready to register for EasyWeb, you will need to call 1-800-640-2150 or visit your local TD Canada Trust branch.
Allow 48 - 72 hours for payment to be posted to your account.
Money Order, Bank Draft or Cheques
Telx accepts money orders, bank drafts and cheques payable to the Telx Inc. Your financial institution may charge a fee for transactions. Please record your Telx account number on the front of the payment!
